Monocacy Park, Schoenersville Road & Eaton Avenue, Bethlehem

From Muhlenberg College Go west on Chew St. (toward 24th St.) Turn Right at the 2nd light onto Cedar Crest Blvd. About 2 miles down the road make a right onto Route 22 East. Get off at the Schoenersville Road exit. Make a left at the end of the ramp and go 1.1 miles on Schoenersville Road. The fields and parking will be on the left.

From the North (Scranton/Wilkes Barre/Pocono regions) Northeast Ext. of PA Turnpike to the Lehigh Valley/Route 22 exit. Take Route 22 East. Get off at the Schoenersville Road exit. Make a left at the end of the ramp and go 1.1 miles on Schoenersville Road. The fields and parking will be on the left. OR Take Route 80 East past the Tannersville exit and look for signs for Route 209/Route 33. Follow Route 33 South to Route 22. Go West on 22 and take the Schoenersville Road exit. Make a left at the end of the ramp and go 1.2 miles. The fields and parking will be on the left.

From the East (Northern NJ, New York): 78 West into Pennsylvania (do not get on Route 22 at Phillipsburg, you can avoid the stop and go by staying on 78). Take the exit for Route 33 North. Take the exit for Route 22 West. Take the Schoenersville Road exit. Make a left at the end of the ramp and go 1.2 miles on Schoenersville Road. The fields and parking will be on your left.

From the South (Virginia, Maryland, D.C. Area): From I-495, merge onto I-270 Spur N via Exit 38 toward Rockville/Frederick. I-270 Spur becomes I-270 N. for approx. 30 miles. I-270 N. becomes US-40 W. for approx. 1 mile. US-40 W. becomes US-15 N. for approx. 67 miles. Merge onto PA-581 E/Harrisburg Expy toward I-83/Harrisburg/Hershey. PA-581 becomes I-83 N. Merge onto I-81 N. via Exit 51B toward Hazleton/I - 78/Allentown. Follow signs for I-78 E. towards Allentown. (*Pick up directions below From the Philadelphia Area)

From the South OR I-95 N. towards Philadelphia. Once in Pennsylvania, take the exit for I-476 N. Follow for approximately 20 miles to the PA Turnpike. Take the Northeast Extension of the Turnpike toward Allentown. (*Pick up directions below 'From the Philadelphia Area'.)

From the West (Harrisburg, York): (There is currently construction on I-78 bringing traffic down to one lane in each direction. Early morning travel will most likely not be congested but plan a little extra time). Take 81 North to 78 East. *Go approximately 50 miles on Route 78 East, you will pass the exit for Route 100, Trexlertown. Look for signs for Route 22 East which will bear off to the right. Take Route 22 East to the exit for Schoenersville Road. Make a left at the end of the ramp and go 1.1 miles. The fields and parking will be on the left.

From the Philadelphia Area: Take the Northeast Ext. of the PA Turnpike toward Allentown. Get off at the Lehigh Valley/Route 22 exit. Take Route 22 East. Get off at the Schoenersville Road exit. Make a left at the end of the ramp and go 1.1 miles on Schoenersville Road. The fields and parking will be on the left.

OR Route 309 North through Montgomeryville, Quakertown and Coopersburg. Look for signs for Route 378 North. (Route 378 will bear off to the right just after Coopersburg). Follow 378 North into Bethlehem by going up and over South Mountain. Continue on 378 North over the Hill-to-Hill Bridge in Bethlehem. Take the exit for 8th Avenue North which will make you bear to the right at the end of the ramp. Immediately before the 3rd light (Schoenersville Road), there will be a small right turn lane (at the WaWa convenience store) - take this and the fields and parking will be directly across the street.   

PARKING: Do NOT park on the grass. Little League baseball fields are located on the corner of Schoenersville Rd and Illicks Mill Rd. Do not park in this lot during their spring season The rugby field is south of the baseball fields and limited parking is available in the lot adjacent to the rugby field (access from Schoenersville Road).
